I teach and speak practically from my life experiences internationally and in a wide sector of the business industry. I began studying Maxwell leadership material in 1991 and developed numerous customized trainings based on timeless principles and strategies. My background ranges from Fortune 500 companies to non-profit organizations. With more than three decades of leadership development know-how, and a wealth of understanding from personal challenges and conquests, I’ve had the chance to live out my training so I can lead by example.
