Began and developed a non-profit organization that aided impoverished families in the second poorest province in the Philippines. This included providing meals to 600 malnourished children weekly, coordinating an international school sponsorship program with more than 300 children enrolled, assisting in medical aid and livelihood projects, and directing a staff of 50 employees.

Simultaneously opened up and administrated two locations of Arms of Love International, a non-profit organization focusing on abused, orphaned, and neglected children with 41 children residing in locations in the Philippines and Senegal, Africa. This includes construction of facilities, working with local government agencies, raising financial support, and hiring local staff.

Served as founding director of Arms of Love children's home, which provides long-term care for abused, abandoned, and orphaned children in the Philippines.  Recruited and trained a team of Filipino nationals who have continued the work, raising children who will themselves become community leaders. 

•    Administered a million-dollar budget over an eight-year period, adhering to U.S. laws for a non-profit organization.
