Began a church planting/leadership school. Using John Maxwell’s curriculum “Developing the Leaders Around You” and “Developing the Leader Within You”, the school trained individuals who went out and planted 14 churches.
National overseer for 28 churches throughout the Philippines for the association of Vineyard Churches of the Philippines.
Held workshops and preached in several countries, training on leadership, church-planting, evangelism, and compassion ministry.
Trained public school administrators, teachers, and government officials. Traveled throughout the islands using the same John Maxwell curriculum to grow these individuals in leadership and developing a successful team, which helped increase their effectiveness with those they were leading.
